I love to play the hotel game. I have checked in and heard the price the couple next to me is paying and it makes me
sick. I am the king of the big three travel sites: Priceline, Hotwire, and all others. Let me start off by giving you
some travel advise and ALWAYS start your search with BOOKINGBUDDY.CM - I have been traveling for years and if you
think using just one site your rolling down the wrong road. They play the game like we do. It's all about occupancy
versus price versus demand. All the travel sites have a structured criteria with the hotels and airlines and it makes
it a fun game.
Let us start with the golden rule. Rule number One: bookingbuddy.cm (I take out the "o" in com just in case the
article directory deletes direct links so bare with me. I like booking buddy because you put in your information only
once and let the site do all the work. If you travel twice a year it doesnt sound like much but if you travel much
more it's a time saver and definitely get the best deal. I will have a video on my blog to show you how to max out the
best deal using this site. I could tap out on the keyboard all day about this site but they are not paying me so just
trust me...
Let's get started with HOTELS. Put in your information and let the buddy pull all the information. Now, click on
Priceline and we will start there. You have a good picture of the going rate of the cost of the hotels in the area you
would like to go. Never settle for anything under a three star - I do not care how much you want to save - never under
three star. Next click the Orbitz tab and let them pull the info. I have actually saved on the big O so it's worth
pulling up. Last tab to try is hotels.cm I find them a little cocky and higher some times but it's fun to pull them
up just so you can say you did..
Now that you have these sites pulled up let's get to work. With Orbitz and Hotels.cm find the best hotel of YOUR
choice and see if it is a no brainer and that is where you want to stay. If it does not matter lets go back to
Priceline and name your own price. Start with a four star and put 50 bucks. I find half the time this will work. If
this does not work then go to three star and put 53 dollars. You have a great shot at landing it. Priceline will not
let you try three times without lowering the star rating or getting the dollar so high that you might as well book
exactly what you want - even though I like the suspence! You can still hit a couple other tabs if you want but I find
these three always do me right. If you have any questions please contact me through my blog. I love to help people
make and save money!
I hope you found this informative.
